Would you like to work alongside your studies on data, AI agents, SQL, CRM/ERP and intelligent business processes? At PEO, you won’t have a typical student job. Instead, you’ll work in a small high-tech company where data, AI and automation are becoming increasingly important for marketing, sales, operations and management information.
As we want to accelerate several projects, we have opportunities for one or more working students. Together, we’ll determine which activities best match your studies, talents and availability.

PEO supplies and supports high-tech solutions in Radiotherapy, Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, Industry & Photonics, Electro-Optics, Radiation Safety and X-ray Screening & Security. Our strength lies in identifying, supplying and supporting the right solution for professional customers throughout the Benelux.
We are looking for intelligent, detail-oriented and digitally skilled students who want to help with data, CRM/ERP processes, SQL, AI tools, AI agents, reporting, research and improving the way information is organised.
What will you do?
- Test AI tools for research, summarisation, data cleaning, classification and process support;
- Design and test simple AI agents, custom GPTs, Copilot agents or AI workflows;
- Investigate how PEO can implement AI safely, practically and in a controlled way within daily business processes;
- Analyse, clean and improve CRM/ERP data;
- Make ERP/CRM data available through reporting tools;
- Create simple SQL queries for selections, validation, reporting and analysis;
- Measure data quality and propose improvement actions;
- Structure customer, supplier, product and contact data;
- Build dashboards or reports for sales, marketing, operations or management;
- Document how reports and AI workflows work so colleagues can use and improve them.
AI & Data experience we’re looking for
We’re not looking for a senior AI engineer or database specialist, but we are looking for someone who has gone beyond occasionally using ChatGPT. Ideally, you’ve already built, automated or experimented with AI and data in a demonstrable way.
- You have built or tested a simple AI agent, custom GPT, Copilot agent or similar AI assistant;
- You have created an AI workflow using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Make, Zapier, n8n or similar platforms;
- You can write effective prompts with context, objectives, desired output, constraints and validation criteria;
- You critically evaluate AI output for accuracy, completeness, consistency and potential risks;
- You have worked with Excel and preferably also SQL, Power BI, Python, APIs, CRM/ERP systems or a BI/SQL editor;
- You understand the basics of selecting, filtering, validating and combining data, for example using SQL concepts such as SELECT, WHERE and JOIN;
- You handle confidential information, customer data and company data with care;
- You can explain and document what you’ve built so colleagues can understand and reproduce your work.
A university project, personal experiment, portfolio, GitHub project, demo, custom GPT, SQL query, dashboard or other well-developed example is perfectly acceptable. The important thing is that you can demonstrate how you apply AI and data to improve recurring work.
Who are we looking for?
You are currently studying at a University of Applied Sciences (HBO) or Research University (WO), for example in Data/Business Analytics, AI & Data, ICT, Information Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, International Business, Marketing Analytics or a related field.
You are accurate, enjoy working in a structured way and like making data, systems and AI practically useful. You’re not afraid of repetitive work, but you continuously think about how that work can be made smarter, faster and better.
What do we offer?
- Minimum wage plus: for younger students, the statutory minimum wage plus an appropriate supplement; for students aged 21 and over, at least the statutory minimum wage and, depending on relevant experience, up to €18 gross per hour;
- 8–24 Hours per week with flexible scheduling by mutual agreement;
- Hands-on experience with data, AI agents, SQL, CRM, ERP and business processes;
- Real responsibility instead of a standard student job;
- Working in a small high-tech team with short communication lines;
- Collaboration with and learning from professional external partners, including our AI consultancy, ERP/CRM partners, online marketing agency and marketing communications agency;
- Involvement in AI applications, SQL/BI reporting, CRM/ERP processes, data analysis, dashboards and management reporting;
- Opportunities for internships, graduation projects or a full-time graduate position.
