My internship at PEO has been a very educational experience both on a personal and professional level. I enjoyed the responsibilities and freedom I got to support the team where necessary. From the responsibilities and freedom I learned a lot. I also had the opportunity to work with nice colleagues that are always happy to help you. The environment at PEO was really friendly and supportive. For me as an intern it was a really nice experience and I could recommend everyone to choose PEO for their internship.

During my six months at PEO, I had the chance to work closely with every Business Line, gaining valuable insights into different aspects of the company. It was a great learning experience, as I had many opportunities to make a real impact on the projects I was involved in. The team was always supportive, eager to share their expertise, and open to collaboration. What stood out most was the company’s culture of learning and growth. PEO not only teaches its interns but is also willing to learn from them.

As an HR intern, I had the opportunity to spend a year contributing to improving team effectiveness within PEO, especially in the area of communication. Colleagues are enthusiastic and open to new ideas, and they are happy to collaborate on projects and research.

What made this internship so enjoyable was the freedom and responsibility I was given. I could really put my own spin on my tasks and gain experience in a variety of areas.

In addition to work, there was also plenty of room for socialising. We regularly organized activities like barbecues, drinks, or something active, which only made the atmosphere more enjoyable.
