Employee Sales Support

In this role, you will support sales and service engineers, process orders and coordinate work and planning. You prepare winning offers, monitor the overview, provide order confirmations and arrange purchasing, deliveries and invoicing.
Together with colleagues, you supervise the entire process, from customer request to delivery and service. You like commercial dynamics, can multitask well, are confident and get energy from developing a company. Enthusiasm and communication skills are essential.
What will you do?
- Prepare quotations and process orders
- Goods receipt, dispatch and invoicing
- Helping customers and answering questions
- Keeping overviews and coordinating activities
- Support with organising events
Who are we looking for?
- Technically interested with a commercial drive
- Conscientious and communicatively strong
- Handy and quick with Microsoft Office
- MBO+/HBO level of education or work experience
- Dutch and English, German and/or French is an advantage
