Technical Sales Manager
PEO Photonics is specialised in the sales and distribution of electro-optic components, such as position sensitive detectors, photodiodes, backscattered detectors and lasers. Typical customers are designers and manufacturers of hightech machines and machine modules.

Technical Sales Manager
At PEO we work in a small and dedicated team, which consists of different nationalities and ages. In this role you work together with our customers to select the right solutions to best meet their wishes and needs. You present these solutions and you prepare winning quotations. Additionally, you keep track of new technologies and market trends.
What is expected of you?
- Direct sales and technical advice to our customers
- Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with suppliers for technical solutions
- Meet annual sales targets and achieve growth
Who are we looking for?
- Successful experience in a similar role
- Bachelor degree or higher in Electro-Optics / Physics or related
- Strong customer orientation and business skills
- Perseverance, self-reflection and self-reliance
- Flexible, up to 40% visiting customers / participate in exhibitions
- Good level of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
