The 974A CCNIM Quad 100-MHz Counter/Timer (Ortec) is a four-channel computer-controlled NIM device. It can be used as a three-channel counter with one presettable timer, a four-channel counter or as a three-channel counter with one timer.

974A CCNIM Quad 100-MHz Counter/Timer features:

• 100-MHz negative or 25-MHz positive input count rate
• crystal-controlled time base
• RS-232-C interface
• four 8-decade counters with full computer control and readout (CCNIM)
• one counter that can function as a presettable timer or counter
• auto recycle dwell time control
